Here you will find my personal terms of service I have created to help protect me as an artist and my commissioners. By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms, and if you are found breaking them in any way you will be blocked/blacklisted and banned from working with me again.

☆ General Terms ☆
My art may never be redistributed or sold commercially without a contract and proper compensation.
My art may never be tokenized, minted, used as NFTs, crypto, or used in any sort of blockchain.
I do not accept commissions from anyone under 18. Must be willing to show I.D.
I will not work with anyone who is openly hateful or bigoted in anyway (racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, etc.), or anyone who supports zoophilia, beastiality, pedophilia, or anything related to such.
With that said, I also don't affiliate myself or align my views with everyone I work with-- though if later discovered you are any of the above, you will be blocked and blacklisted.
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason at any time
You may make up to 3 changes per commission, and if I decide to back out at any time for any reason a partial refund can be given according to how much work was done, whatever was finished will be sent to you.
☆ Payments ☆
All payments must be made in USD and are taken through PayPal. (With the exception of trades/you buying me something for art from me)
Payment must be made in full within 48 hrs. Payment plans can be worked out for commissions $200+ with 50% down payment, first payment is due within 24 hrs - must be paid in full within 2 weeks.
Art is not started until payment is made (first payment for payment plans, not finished until paid in full)
After payment is made, you will receive a rough sketch within 1-2 weeks.
Commissions can take me up to 2 months to finish (3 for big ref sheets), please keep this in mind when commissioning me.
If you decide to back out for any reason after the sketch is done, I will keep at least 25% of the payment - up to 100% depending on how much was finished.
☆Designs ☆
Do not make major changes/major alters to my designs without talking to me first, but feel free to make small changes to personalize the character.
You may not sell my designs for more than what you paid for them, unless additional art has been added.
If you sell, trade, or gift my designs to anyone on my blacklist, you will also be blocked and blacklisted. (ask to be sure)
If you get a free design from me, you may not sell it. If you plan to trade it, message me first.
Feel free to pull inspiration from my art and designs, just don’t blatantly copy my characters.

Information and prices are subect to change, please be sure to check back here before setting up a commission with me to make sure the pricing will be the most accurate!Please note these are all base prices, additional charges may be added depending on the complexity of your character.
